I receive, collect and store any information you enter on my website. I also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details, comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile to include health data.

 

Personal information is collected for the purpose of booking a course, contacting you and taking payments. 

 

It is important that the details I hold for you, whilst you are attending classes, are up to date and accurate. Please inform me of any changes.

By law I have to keep basic information about customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for insurance and tax purposes.

I will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or medical requirements.

My website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my class bookings to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by me adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
